For over 20 years, Beer + Bubs has helped Australian dads prepare for one of the biggest moments of their lives. What started as a single night at the pub for expectant dads has grown into a trusted program running across Australia.
Today we offer two programs. Childbirth Education helps expectant dads support their partner through labour and birth. Parent Education helps dads of 0–3 year olds find their feet through the busy early years.
We’re looking for passionate facilitators to bring both programs to more communities. Whether you’re a midwife, doula or childbirth educator, or an experienced dad with a background in parent education or family support, there may be a place for you on our team.

Two Ways to Get Involved

Childbirth Education Facilitator

Suits midwives, doulas and childbirth educators
Run one-night sessions for expectant dads on labour, birth and supporting their partner
Bring your clinical or birth-support experience to a relaxed, dad-friendly setting

Parent Education Facilitator

Suits experienced dads with a background in parent education, counselling, family support, early childhood or adult education
Run sessions for dads of 0–3 year olds on sleep, behaviour, teamwork with their partner, and looking after themselves
Share practical, real-life experience as well as professional know-how

Most support for new parents is designed with mums in mind. Beer + Bubs puts dads front and centre, with relaxed pub sessions offering practical, honest learning they genuinely enjoy and remember.

Session Guidelines

Every session follows a clear, proven structure, so dads get a consistent experience wherever they attend. You’ll lead interactive discussions, share practical tips and real-world scenarios, and leave plenty of time for questions.

Licensing Information

Facilitators receive a licence to deliver Beer + Bubs, along with the session content, resources, branding and ongoing support you need. The licence ensures every session meets the same high standard across Australia.
